Return Process

Contact our boutique support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a pre-paid shipping label and return authorization.
- 2.Secure the Fragrance
Carefully place the item in its original, cellophane-wrapped packaging and ensure it is cushioned within a sturdy shipping box to prevent transit damage.
- 3.Ship to our Boutique
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for reference.
- 4.Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our scent experts verify the product's condition, we will process your full refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
